Q: How soon will I receive my order?
A: All in stock items ship within 24-48 hrs of purchase. Stock Colorways are dyed to order, and usually ship within 3-7 business days of purchase. If you need an item quickly, please email Ginny at FatCatKnits@gmail.com.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Can I request a custom dye job?
A: Custom dye orders are welcome, and encouraged! Please allow 1-2 wks for fulfillment of your custom request.  Minimum purchase for custom dye orders is 4 oz per colorway. I often dye in batches of 4-5 rovings per colorway, so extras may be placed for sale in the shop.To request a custom colorway, please email Ginny at FatCatKnits@gmail.com.
