In stock items are shipped within 48 hours. Stock colorways are dyed to order, and ship within 48-72 hours. Custom orders: We want you to be happy with our products. Contacting us with questions before placing your order helps to ensure that the item you purchase will meet your needs. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, we want to rectify the situation, so please let us know. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on club memberships, patterns or other electronic media, or gift certificates. Shipping: Shipping within the United States includes either First Class or Priority Mail and delivery confirmation. I am happy to ship internationally. Please choose the appropriate location at checkout. When available, items are shipped with delivery confirmation. Should you have a problem with your order, please contact me promptly. No refunds or exchanges on orders over 30 days old. Items returned must be in like condition. International shipping is fully enabled for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. These countries were chosen based solely on the fact that customers from these countries have purchased from me in the past.
