Terms:
FatCatKnits accepts PayPal, money orders and personal checks. Orders paid for with a personal checks or money orders are not shipped until payment is received, and until personal checks are cleared by the bank.

In stock items are shipped within 48 hours. Stock colorways are dyed to order, and ship within 3-7 business days.

Custom orders:
Custom dye orders are welcome, and encouraged! Please allow 1-2 wks for fulfillment of your custom request. Minimum purchase for custom dye orders is 4 oz per colorway. I often dye in batches of 4-5 rovings per colorway, so extras may be placed for sale in the shop.To request a custom colorway, please email Ginny at FatCatKnits@gmail.com.

Returns:
I want you to be HAPPY with our products. Contacting me with questions before placing your order helps to ensure that the item you purchase will meet your needs. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, I want to rectify the situation, so please do not be shy about letting me know. Should you have a problem with your order, please contact me promptly. Items returned must be in like condition. I am unable to offer refunds or returns on club memberships or patterns, or on orders over 30 days old.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped within the United States via First Class or Priority Mail and include delivery confirmation. For international delivery, please choose the appropriate location at checkout. Delivery confirmation is available only with Global Priority shipping.

Privacy:
The information you provide to us will be used only by FatCatKnits. I do not sell, distribute, or display any of your information to others.
